NIU has released the BQi-C3 electric bicycle, with a 920 Wh battery pack providing up to 62 miles (~100 km) of range. The e-bike has a top speed of 28 mph (~45 kph) thanks to a 750 W motor. Other features include an integrated color display, puncture-resistant tires and dual disc brakes.

32kg = 71 pounds, not 14.

That *IS* heavy for a bicycle.
