The Vivo Y32t seems like the world's most unassuming new budget Android smartphone on first look, with an HD+ display, 13+2MP rear cameras and 4G/LTE-only connectivity. However, it is interesting in that it has SKUs with either MediaTek Helio-series or Qualcomm Snapdragon SoCs.
