Consumers can now purchase the Govecs Roller Flex electric scooter, previously only available via rental firms. The scooter has a top speed of 45 kph (~28 mph) and can travel up to 112 km (~70 miles) on a single charge using a dual battery system. Plus, the vehicle has a built-in alarm and a 5-in display.
