It's an authentic piece of s***. Generic Bluetooth, poor microphone quality for calls, wireless charge it's the worst I have seen, quite often the fingerprint sensor refuses to wot at first try. And Doogee's customer service it's a steaming pile of s***. I regret buying this phone.
Can you please detail what do you mean by "generic Bluetooth"? Also, feel free to drop us a message with your email address so we could get you directly in touch with Doogee, I am sure they can do something to help you. Also, what is your problem with the wireless charging? If you apply the custom case on the phone, you shouldn't get any wireless charging. Otherwise, it works reasonably well, obviously depending on the charger used.
it took longer for it to arrive from china (5 weeks) than it lasted (4 weeks). after two weeks of aggravation, "customer service" told me that I'd have to pay for the freight to China, customs duties and for the repair. there is no warranty so you might as well hand your money to a homeless person and do some good with it.
