AMD is reportedly launching Zen 4 X3D early next year if the latest report from Moore's Law is Dead is accurate. The chips which might include the Ryzen 9 7950X3D and the Ryzen 7 7800X3D are reportedly Zen 4 desktop parts with 3D stacked cache. Aside from desktop SKUs, the leaker has also shared some details regarding AMD's Dragon Range APUs.

If a second generation of V-Cache delivers ~30% gains from bandwidth/latency improvements, that will be killer. Also, if a 7950X3D gets released with two stacks, maybe there could be some edge cases where a game utilizes the whole 192 MB of cache (at least one heavily used thread on each chiplet).

I don't really care about Dragon Range, but putting V-Cache on it would be a sight to see.
