Newer is better except for the few times when it's not. HP has adjusted the performance of the MicroSD reader and layout of the keyboard keys between model generations that some users may not be fond of.

This is a no buy for me.  Those keys HP decided to take away are extremely functional & why in the world a slower read time for micro sd.  Btw, there should also be USB C on the left side of the computer as well.

Stupid moves from HP, hopefully they get it right on the next model
