Motorola launched the Moto Razr 2022 a few days ago in China, as a direct rival to Samsung's Galaxy Z Flip4. The premium foldable went on sale shortly after, and the company has now revealed an initial sales milestone that indicates demand for the Moto Razr 2022 in its home market.

Nice spec bump & price reduction albeit the phone loses all of its retro flair in the process.

thought this was widely known by now. Lenovo purchased the devices (desktop, laptop, tablet, smartphones) division as well as the Motorola brand naming rights a while ago. their main mission for the purchase was to control the Thinkpad brand & improve smartphone/tablet products & sales. so doing well in China is more of a priority vs the US market.

Shame on Lenovo for ruining Moto Razr legacy. This new one is just a knock off a Galaxy Flip3/4. I would never buy it and I already own and love my Z Flip3
