Biren showed that the BR100 GPGPU is slightly faster than Nvidia's Ampere A100 thanks to advanced specs like 7 nm 2.5D CoWoS packaging from TSMC, 64 GB HBM2e RAM and PCIe 5.0 / CXL interfaces.
