Information about AMD's next-generation RDNA3 architecture keeps trickling down. This time around we have a report about AMD's DCN display controllers for the upcoming RX 7000 series GPUs and the Phoenix Point APU thanks to Coelacanth's Dream. The report also contains some interesting data regarding AMD's Infinity Cache on RDNA3.https://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-Linux-patches-reveal-no-Infinity-Cache-for-the-Phoenix-Point-APU-and-only-four-displays-at-a-time-for-the-RDNA3-GPUs.634113.0.html
Wow, only 4 displays.. Who even uses less than 5 displays at a time?
If they do only one continuous infinity cache? Like the CPU and GPU in the Apu only uses one cache and the controller is on the CPU part?
