The demand for Galaxy S22-series devices has reportedly started to flag in Samsung's native South Korea. Carriers in the country have responded to this drop in sales by increasing subsidies for the phones. It is not certain that this situation has arisen because of the recent Game Optimization Services (GOS) controversy, although it may not have helped.

South Koreans have too high expectations :p, the Exynos model at launch could only play PUBG at 30 fps in HD and I doubt that any European operator has applied similarly aggressive price cuts to please the uninformed users...
