The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has filed a recall request with Tesla for an issue affecting the seatbelt fastening chime. The warning sound fails to engage when the driver exits the vehicle in its duration and then returns, so Tesla will have to issue an OTA fix for the affected Model 3, Y, S, and X vehicles.
