An arbitration court in Moscow has refused to enforce a ruling that banned Samsung from importing and selling 61 smartphone models due to an alleged patent infringement. Back in October 2021, a Swiss company SQWIN SA filed a lawsuit against Samsung claiming that Samsung Pay infringed on the company's patents registered in Russia.
