32 Mp camera produces 8 Mp picture quality due to Pixel Binning?

That's not what Pixel Binning is. It's a method used to group4 pixels into one.

It doesn't reduce a picture taken by a 32 Mp camera into an 8 Mp picture OH MY GOD!!!
