Russia is drafting a comprehensive framework for cryptocurrency regulation to build on the digital asset legislation that it passed back in January. The government has formed a working committee in the Duma, the Russian Parliament, which held its first meeting with Bank of Russia financial experts and lawmakers to start working on a crypto regulation proposal to be presented in front of Parliament for voting some time in February.
