Title: Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 15 NP950XDB laptop review: Insanely lightweight
Post by: Redaktion on December 18, 2021, 22:44:57
Samsung's flagship 15.6-inch laptop is several hundred grams lighter than the popular Dell XPS 15, HP Spectre x360 15, and most other laptops of its size class for that matter. Do performance and battery life suffer as a consequence?

A lot of empty room inside and a lot of soldered components.

I asked the Samsung Support about the i5 version of this Galaxy Pro and they told me - after checking for some time - that the brightness was 500 nits.
Is that possible, when your test reveals just 300 in the i7 Version?

I have not found any mention of the DC Dimming feature. Does that 490Hz <58% PWM come with a little chri$tma$ pre$ent for reviewer?
