A French eCommerce platform recently listed a new Acer Nitro 5 model, sporting what appears to be the Intel i7-12700H, alongside a GeForce RTX 3070 Ti. While neither part has been officially launched, the laptop's listing indicates that we may see Alder Lake H sooner than expected.

yeah, probably not. acer cheaped out on some stuff this generation. if that 3070ti is under 100W, there's not much performance gains.
