Qualcomm Snapdragon Developer Kits can now be purchased by all developers targeting the Windows on ARM platform. The Snapdragon Developer Kit is powered by an entry-level Snapdragon 7c Compute SoC and allows developers test, optimize, and deploy ARM64 apps on Windows.

Hmmm if it was with 8cx gen 3, probably was mine.

Never understood why are so shy to put SD888 @15W tdp in a minipc. 🤷🏼
