Asus advertises that this notebook is TÜV Rheinland flicker free certified.
However, 60 Hz (though blelow 40% brightness setting) is too bad. I cannot trust TÜV Rheinland flicker free certification.
Prad.de revealed that the brightness setting figure and the actual brightness are not linear on many displays.
German TÜV is known for weak car testing. If some German testing can be trusted, it is PTB (Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt) or BAM (Bundesanstalt für Materialprüfung). Stiftung Warentest is so-so (mostly good for non-electronics, bad for electronics).
There is incorrect information about build quality. The lid of this laptop is Aluminum construction.

It does support HDR in-apps and for video streaming. HDR10 2%-window brightness is 550 Nits, full-field 150 Nits.
this laptop is rated one of the lowest DPC latency scores on your site which is why I bought it yet I have endless real time audio problems with it and the DPC scores are off the chart. DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP FOR AUDIO PRODUCTION OR DJING
