Microsoft has accused the Russian hacking group, NOBELIUM, of targeting tech companies and that the Russian government is attempting to monitor the IT supply chain. Microsoft also proposed that NOBELIUM was behind the SolarWinds hack in 2020 and advised tech companies to secure their environments against future attacks.
