NVIDIA has repurposed its GA104 GPUs for the GeForce RTX 3060, a card that it launched on the GA106. These graphics cards will have nearly half their GPUs disabled to meet the RTX 3060's specifications.

I just purchased a Gigabyte Aorus RTX Elite 3060 12gb Rev. 02 Brand New in sealed box, and it has the GA104-300-A1 just like the 3070. Not the GA104-150-A1. And there is no "LHR" anywhere on the box, in the box, in the manual, on the gpu board itself. It is LHR however, but only by driver not GPU, as I was mining Ethash @ 50-54 MH/s after usinig DDU and cleaning up, then reverting to the 512.77 drivers, and tinkering with some over/underclocks. I also used the Nvidia Profile Inspector to turn the Cuda - Force P2 state to OFF, and a make sure the PCI-E Throttle was off, and a few other minor tweaks.
