Title: Microsoft has started booting incompatible devices from the Windows 11 Insider Preview Programme
Post by: Redaktion on September 02, 2021, 00:29:15
If you are running Windows 11 on an incompatible machine, then you are at the end of the road as far as the Insider Preview Programme goes. For some reason, Microsoft is informing people that they must revert their devices to Windows 10. There is a workaround, albeit with limitations.

The use of "booting" in your headline is confusing when talking about an OS. Oust?

Perfect time to expand your horizons guys.  Linux has come a long way.  With distros like ZorinOS and CentOS, Open Office, Lieberoffice etc, most  Windows users wouldn't know the difference.

As for gamers, it gets better every day.  SteamOS works great, cloud gaming gets better every month.  There couldn't be a better time to say GOODBYE to M$ once and for all!

Ahh yes, the Linux alternative which is getting better all the time. It still is lacking a lot and not as reliable as Windows. It is stable only in the server versions, other ones leave a bad aftertaste when fighting with apps and system upgrades.
