HP's EliteBook 830 compact subnotebook gets a new Tiger Lake processor in its 8th generation, but it sticks with the familiar 16:9 displays. The 1,000-nits SureView monitor protects users from prying eyes, but it continues to have an impact on image quality.

It looks like the 2-in1 X360 version of this laptop has soldered RAM while this one has non-soldered RAM. Also, the Dragonfly which is the non-business version is also soldered.
