Digital Chat Station and multiple news agencies report that MediaTek could launch its first 4nm chipset by the end of the year or in Q4, 2021. OEMs such as Samsung, Vivo and Xiaomi have already expressed interest in the hardware. The chipsets will allegedly be manufactured on TSMC's 4nm node.
