The cancelled HD remaster of GoldenEye 007 has leaked online, offering a fresh take on the Nintendo 64 classic. Briefly uploaded to XePartnerNet over a decade ago, the leaked build is a closed beta of GoldenEye 007 but one that features the whole campaign and a working multiplayer mode. The GoldenEye 007 remaster has already been downloaded over 200 million times and can be run in the Xenia emulator.

A quarter of a BILLION downloads in two days? Are you quite sure of that?
I don't buy 250,000,000 DLs in such a short period of time, even for an HD Goldeneye, no chance in hell. Are you sure it wasn't 250,000 or 25,000? That sounds more reasonable.

Correction: 200,000,000 DLs.
Not even Minecraft has that many downloads for all the years its been out, and you're telling me a leaked HD Bond game surpassed that in a matter of days?
Author is looking at the file size, which is 231 M...egabytes. Everything about this article is incorrect, obviously a leaked rom that only runs on obscure emulators does not have 231 million downloads.
