Title: The popular Creative Sound Blaster Z PCIe sound card gets a "Special Edition" facelift
Post by: Redaktion on January 14, 2021, 18:03:58
The latest addition to the Sound Blaster Z lineup comes with updated features, new gaming profiles, microphone and headphone EQ presets. The Sound Blaster Z SE has the same audio specs as the regular edition, such as up to 116 dB SnR and 24-bit/192 kHz sound. However, now there is virtual 7.1 support for headphones and 5.1 discrete audio on speakers.

It's always had Dolby digital live (5.1 through optical) and discreet 5.1 through analog jacks.
What am I missing?

The problem is bad implementation of DDL - Call of duty warzone for instance will shift the audio channels at a random time making it unplayable... As in now your right front right speaker is coming from left rear speaker.
