Do you know if the on-board memory of T14s is dual channel or single channel? I am asking both for intel version and AMD.
People on YT say that T14s has dual channel by default.

Yes, T14s come with soldered dual channel RAM and CL22 latency.
T14 and P14s can have the same dual channel, also limited to CL22
Where is the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Extreme or at least T15p with AMD Ryzen 9 5900HS (35Watt) and RTX 3060 Max-Q?
There's plenty of room in this chassis, and the Asus G14 showed it works with decent thermals.
The Legion 5/7's keyboards are trash compared to a ThinkPad if you need to type all day.
RAM soldered into a business notebook like the thinkpad T is blasphemy.
Better to look for HP corporate ones with 2 upgradeable DDR5 RAM slots. You can start with 16GB and go up to 64GB when you need it by modulating your spending.
A RJ45 port and an SD reader wouldn't have been so useless as lenovo engineer think...
