The Huawei Mate X and Mate Xs are incredible pieces of hardware but carry an equally heavy price tag, with the Mate Xs costing almost US$2700. That's a bit too much for the average consumer, though, so Huawei is reportedly working on a more affordable foldable offering that could launch alongside the Mate 40 Pro later this year.
