For months, a problem has been lingering around Lenovo's expensive ThinkPad multimedia-flagship: The keyboard of the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Extreme Gen 2 does not recognize keyboard inputs reliably. For a ThinkPad laptop, a brand known for great keyboards, an especially frustrating problem. Now, Lenovo might have solved the bug with a firmware update.

My T480 still seems like its dropping keys. Wonder if it has the same problem.
I'm trying to install the bios update but it gives an error. Anyone else getting this problem?
("Fixed an issue where keystroke might missing.")

Chinese company, Chinese English.
They haven't fixed the hard disk lock problem. Please read online reviews before you buy. After using Asus, hp, Dell this was a shock. After sales help is also very poor.
Have not experiencethe problem after this update. 👍👍

My p1-gen2 still is missing keystrokes no matter with 1.30 or 1.31.
