The PDHM00 is a phone OPPO has had approved for launch in China. It is thought that it is a second-gen Reno Ace, a sub-series that focuses on select high-end specs. A set of AnTuTu benchmarking results allegedly linked to it show that it has the Snapdragon 865 processor.
