Asus announced the new ROG Keystone 2 today. The device, which is a proprietary NFC key, allows users to easily transfer system and game profiles between supported ROG machines. The Keystone 2 also includes a hidden encrypted storage drive, known as a Shadow Drive.

So much wrong information is mentioned in this article. The shadow drive is not on the keystone itself but on the laptop storage and can be viewed only by plugging in the keystone which acts as a authentication method.
Also the profiles on the laptop can be switched on that laptop itself and cannot be transferred to other laptop as the keystone doesn't have any storage of itself.
