Amazon announced yesterday that 100,000 new employees would be hired for warehouses, logistics and shipping. The number only refers to the USA. It is currently still unknown whether a similar increase is planned in other countries as well. In Europe too, the corona-afflicted people are increasingly turning to the Internet and online orders.
