The most notable infringements are related to the use of FinFET structures in 28 nm, 16 nm, 12 nm, 10 nm and 7 nm chips. Many products powered by TSMC's chips including, iPhones, GeForce GPUs, Lenovo and Asus laptops, handhelds from Google and Motorola, plus networking equipment from Broadcom and Cisco could end up being banned from the U.S. and Germany.
