As per comments of hunderds of potential XPS-buyers across the web, I also WON'T buy a device with a soldered SSD!

If that is the reason for the delay, that is good. I'd rather wait for acouple of months.

Dell's new 2-in-1 convertible, the XPS 13 7390, could already be delayed. An expected launch date of July 10 was previously stated, but it now seems it could be almost another month before the convertible hits Dell's online store. The XPS 13 7390 should offer a considerable step up in terms of features over its predecessor.
