There has been a 10-nm CPU on the market since late 2018. Intel has put a Cannon Lake-based chip in the Intel NUC8i3CYSM, but has it jumped the gun by doing so? The integrated graphics unit is disabled for the time being and the 10-nm chip does not offer any real performance improvements over the 14-nm models. Moreover, it has lower clock speeds and therefore performs worse than similar 14-nm chips.
