I don't get why they keep promising OLED panels and keep failing to deliver, if they can't secure enough panels then why bluff about it? Or is it one delay after another on Samsung's side? That would seem unlikely.

Looks like the "fully refreshed" model will be the XPS 15 7500 codename Fiorano in 2020.

The current chassis (and thermal solution) has been the same for years so it's hard to call it fully refreshed when it's not even up to date with the XPS 13.

The announced OLED panel update for the Dell XPS 15 has already been delayed since March, and it now looks like those hoping for this display type on this particular performance laptop will have to wait even longer before making a purchase. However, there are signs that Dell could finally deliver the much-requested display option in June.
