Do not buy E485 at all. My personal experience to give this one -20 points  if it does exist and give Lenovo's customer service a -30 points review compare Huawei 5 star service.

This is the junk laptop in my entire life. I have bought it on Dect 25th 2018. It worked badly, slow running and the keyboard has hard to type and sometimes, the screen even doesn't respond. I called the customer service for returning this piece of garbage, the customer service from Philippians took me more than 4 hours to redirect me to the different departments, different persons almost every time for 5 days until I was exhausted and gave up talking with them. I kept it with my 4 years insurance. I spent  more than $600 and bought a piece of junk. I am so disappointed with Lenovo, the brand I have been loyally using its products since 2003. The worst part is that I bought another E485 to my husband as a birthday gift at the same time. Two of them are crippled...  Now it is time to move on to other brand.

Both panels look bad enough on paper.

We have reviewed the Lenovo ThinkPad E485. Of this model, we received not only one, but two review samples. As in many cases, both review samples had different LCD panels. Unfortunately, one panel is much darker than the other one.
