The rated wattage doesn't just stack linearly, do you think a smartphone claiming 100W charge tops up 10x the speed of a 10W one? No! It only charges full speed for half of the charge then it slows. Ridiculous bashing attempt, 15W wasn't slow to begin with and 25W will be enough for the majority of users, and FYI "enough for the majority" is an excuse Huawei often uses, or how would they explain the cheap 1080P BOE screen with a low density subpixel layout on P30P?
Also know that for imaging on a smartphone software makes all the difference, it's the reason Google's Night Sight retains superiority with a regular 1/2.55" bayer in the face of Huawei's gimmicks plus the larger sensor.

According to prominent leaker Ice universe, the President of Samsung Greater China announced at an event that the company is planning to bring 25 W charging and a new low-light camera mode to the Galaxy S10. The device is supposedly already capable of charging at 25 W, but Samsung has limited it to 15 W in its firmware.
