Ich kann es nicht verstehen dass der MX150 gegen einen HD 620 komplett getauscht wird.

@rui,
the T490 has a different system board, since it has a memory socket as well as a dedicated GPU option. The T490 seems to share its system board with the T590 instead.

By the way, HP has been making common PCB designs since a while and Lenovo Sales has shown us the plans for T490s and T490s already one year before ship support and asked if we want the T490s to be more thin and light for certain tradeoff like RJ45 and memory down. We fully agreed with this strategy and what we heard many other large customers too because the more our users want a thinner notebook. The past few years we never upgraded the memory and RJ45 is also not a must have requirement anymore since we implemented WLAN across our offices. Lenovo has therefore taken the right path with the T490s. If you still need ethernet and DIMM upradeability then move to the T490.

Hi,
It seems that is not only T490s.
T490 model has same inouts/outputs as T490s:

2 x USB 3.1 Gen1
1 x USB Type-C
1 x HDMI 1.4
1 x Thunderbolt™ 3
1 x MicroSD Card Reader
1 x Audio Jack

...located at same position. Probably T490 board is not so different from T490s and from X390. It seems that this year Lenovo introduced a strong economy of scale on design side....
