Your i5-8300H isn't the best for this game and will limit you to sub 45 FPS, your GTX 1050M 2GB will limit you to sub 65 FPS (if with a i7-7700HQ) and finally, but not the least, your RAM @ 8GB is low. I have a i5-6200U/8 GB RAM/940MX and after upgrading my RAM from 8 GB to 12 GB increased my FPS by about an average of 5.(30-40FPS 720P LOW after upgrade, now playable)

Is it possible that you flipped the Fury benchmarks? 38.9FPS at 1080P Ultra and then the FPS goes up to 51FPS at 1440P Ultra? I would imagine that 1440P would be more intensive netting lower FPS?

And I agree, being an AMD sponsored game, the lack of AMD benchmarks is verging on bias.

I find the lack of AMD cards disturbing.

So far, The Division 2 has enjoyed a significantly better reception from the press and gamer community than its predecessor from 2016. Read on in our benchmark check to see how it fares it terms of hunger for system requirements.
