I don't care at all for the bulimia+glue imacs.  The square ones the generation before were much better in design and user friendliness.

The iMac line already has serious thermal constraints with only a single fan to cool the entire system. Thermal throttling was almost instant in the 2017 models and will almost certainly be worse with more CPU cores.

What we needed was extra fans and bigger exhaust from the iMac Pro in the standard iMac.

In a move that aligns with relevant rumors from days ago, Apple has upgraded its take on the all-in-one (AIO) PC. However, these new desktops are iMacs, not iMac Pros. Nevertheless, they now come with 8th- or 9th-gen Intel processors, graphics that go up to Vega 48s and new prices.
