After 1.5 years later, full capacity battery life is still more like 3h38m according to powercfg /batteryreport on my 450 G6.This hasn't changed much for me, since my last report down this thread.

I did buy this laptop and have been using it for 2 months(intel core i7 16Gb Ram ) , first the battery can withstand no more than  5~6 hours surfacing web using Firefox, performance is very good and satisfying but after those 2 months my laptop cooling fan got strange noises which continued to around 10 days before it finally getting a weird loud noise as if it was hitting something when it was opened the fan didn't have anything in it way and it was confirmed that it was a failure of the fan I don't why the fan live was this short it was a  moment that made me think this laptop is a rubbish why ? Because my last laptop has been used for 8 years with no component changed except it's hard drive to SSD and replacement of battery every 3 years . FINALLY WE DIDN'T EVEN FIND ANY REPLACEMENT FOR THE LAPTOP AND WERE FORCED TO USE ANOTHER FROM ANOTHER G6 PROBOOK SERIES.

@Henk Poley
9.78 watts on the very end of Idle power consumption is the most realistic for an everyday scenario. Calculate the % of battery capacity between lower and upper limits, then divide by 10W and you can get actual battery life.

In your case, this is 45 x 0.8 x 0.1 = 3.6, therefore roughly 3.5 hours on average, give or take. 3 hours should mean you're using your laptop quite heavily. Check your power consumption (discharge rate) with BatteryBar utility.

Seems like your battery runtime is wildly overestimated? Windows 10 on my 450 G6, with the i5 and no Nvidia (just integrated), reports an average runtime of 3h45m on a full battery. I have it capped to 80% charge, so 3 hours total for me.

The author might want to look at the battery life section again. Wifi browsing battery is better than all the other laptops, despite having a small-ish battery. I would say nearly 10 hours is a fantastic result for one of the more budget-oriented devices on the market.

HP promises at least 67% sRGB in its datasheets! If the test results give below this limit, this is again a warranty case, as with the Lenovo E485 with the Innolux low brightness screen!

Such copies must be immediately returned to the store or service center to replace the screen!

We have covered several HP ProBook 400 series laptops recently, including the 440 G6 and 430 G6. Now it is the turn of the ProBook 450 G6, the 15-inch version of HP's entry-level business laptop range. The company has equipped our test device with an Intel Core i7 processor and an NVIDIA GeForce MX130 GPU that promises to be a good all-round package, at least on paper. Read on to find how whether the ProBook 450 G6 improves upon its predecessor and if it can challenge other established 15.6-inch business laptops.
