Actually, it's no big deal of the outside screen is only for limited interaction. The foldable Razr is a smartphone, but fold in two to be compact. It's normal use is when open. The Galaxy Fold is a tablet that can fold in a small smartphone, and actually I fear that neither the mini-smartphone mode nor the tablet mode will be handy in real life use. The Razr seems like something handy, realistic, comfortable, like a normal smartphone but with an extremely compact design. This is missing in the industry today.

The Galaxy Fold might be a bad smartphone and a bad tablet at the same time. The Razr could be a good smartphone, and that's fine by me.

Motorola's upcoming foldable RAZR phone will have several uses for the closed screen as learnt by XDA Developers. However, the functionality of the closed screen could to be limited when compared to the likes of the Samsung Galaxy Fold and it currently seems as if only Moto apps can display content on the closed screen.
