16+0 probably means that it will have one 16GB stick included and one empty slot, but it is only my guess.

The upcoming mainstream Lenovo IdeaPad C340 family will be one of the first to offer Zen+ Ryzen 3, Ryzen 5, and Ryzen 7 processor options that were initially unveiled at CES 2019.
