This card is definitely gonna be an upgrade for the gtx 1060 laptops while hovering around the same price point.
my question is:
Should i expect an ETA for the gtx 1660ti laptops around mid-march?

The GTX 1660 Ti is exclusive to desktops for now. Nvidia has not confirmed this GPU for laptops and so it remains to be seen if there will be a laptop equivalent.
