(TPD) power limit to 25 W?

I have searched and searched but I cannot find any other site that states this. Is it really true?

I just read the description in the Lenovo website and it says "Up to 32 GB DDR4 2400 MHz". They offer a maximum customization of 32GB (16GB + 16GB). Nothing about 64 GB

@Jam
U-series 5th Gen "Broadwell" CPU and after can take up to 32GB in each SODIMM slot since Intel removed the artificial 8GB limit up until Haswell. That means 64GB DDR4 is now possible with 2 slots. Although I could be mistaken since I only read about this somewhere.

64 GB of RAM is not possible since the i7-8565u only supports 32gb of RAM max 🤔

Ultrathin ThinkPads like the X1 Carbon or its bigger multimedia cousin ThinkPad X1 Extreme offer an extremely high quality for an equally high price. The ThinkPad L390, a compact 13.3-inch laptop, proves that a more affordable device can still deliver most of the desired ThinkPad qualities as well.
