when you say 'slow' wifi will that actually affect standard browsing?  or just downloads?

Broke on day two when I tapped a wall. Shattered 3 weeks later while putting it in a case. Both front and back. Biggest piece of junk I've ever owned. Warranty not covered for a literally 100% glass phone. Wish I would have looked at it closer before buying instead of being pressured by the salesman at Best Buy.  Out $300.00.

I just picked mine up as it came today. Within minutes of using it I began to feel the effects of eye strain and headache symptoms.

I also tried the Huawei Mate 20 X (OLED display, my first "real" known encounter with PWM problems) and just wanted a decently good phone with good camera.

Thanks for the good review and the great display PWM frequency you've gathered on the other page. I'm returning this one to Motorola and will have to keep looking.

With this being a problem for so many phones now I'm not sure what I'll do. Finding a nice, larger sized phone with a good camera without PWM issues seems to be difficult now.

You're right... There's glass everywhere
It's very hard to find a case that
I ordered one, and all it did was keep resetting the power button, so I returned
Haven't even had it all week it falls out of my pocket and the glass shatters.
Why is this trend a good thing?
It is slick, and now it is dangerous to hold.
Besides Motorola's choice to do something that doesn't benefit the consumer for some simile of trend esthetics is beyond me.

Great review, thanks guys.

However, I can not understand why it is so hard to always include a comment on the vibrator motor noise. Some phones (e.g., Moto G5S) are completely useless because their motor is louder than the phone's speaker, even when the ringing volume is set to high.

This review is pointless if one can't use the phone. Please consider adding this information in your future reviews.

Thanks

Compared to its predecessor, the Motorola Moto G7 reaches new heights with more performance and more storage. The price remains the same, which makes Motorola's new mid-range smartphone very attractive.
