I'm experiencing the same issues. I've got friends across the country hecka feeling this too. Is it worth going into an apple store to have my phone looked at or should I just wait for the next bugged software update to automatically take over my phone?

I'm in the same boat as others from reading. I have Sprint and tried updating and all that happened was a spinning wheel and said verifying update on home screen. Also my battery was drained faster than normal.  So I rebooted the phone and waiting to get more info

I live in the Philippines and updating here is tantamount to losing battery life. A complete 100% charge can be discharged in matter of minutes.

When I first updated to 12.1.3 I had no connection on Sprint, both data and calling connections were broken. My wifi was fine. I went through a day of this frustration before calling on day 2 when this was still happening. They reset a few things (unsure of what) on their end while also having me dial some ## numbers. I got calling and data back, but I am still experience sudden call drops and time during the call when voice will cut out for 5-10 seconds and then come back. Very very frustrating. One of the reasons I got away from iphone 2 years ago was because they couldn't seem to get the "phone" portion down, still seems this way on my iPhone XS

I had minor issues this morning with my iPhone 7 cellular service. Now it says I don't have service at all and I have to update my iPhone to get cellular service again. It also says I'm already on 12.1.3, but still gives me the option to download it again through my phone for some reason. I can still use WiFi for now. Tried updating the phone on my computer, which also confirmed I'm already on 12.1.3 and can't update further.

I usually update my iPhone and ipad twice a year, and unfortunately I landed 12.1.2 on my iPhone. Listening to radio Paradise is completely hopeless since the update. I get 3-5 tracks and then troubleshooting for 2 minutes before i'm back listening. I also find myself disconnected from 4g a little more often than before, but the difference is not drastic because vpn connection going stale is also very frequent problem on any ios version. I really hope I had not updated, because at least the online streaming was working fine before the update.

The iPhone has had a bumpy couple of months. iOS 12.1.2, released last month, broke cellular connectivity for some users. The problem got so bad that Sprint issued a warning to its customers to wait on updating. There doesn't seem to be any relief in sight; not only does iOS 12.1.3 not bring a fix for the cellular issues, but the latest update has actually broken WiFi for several users in addition to cellular connectivity.
