My Armoured ulephone 3T won't charge anymore under a year of owning it and the protective case warped and came right off in the Texas summer heat not worth getting I don't recommend this phone to anyone unless u got the money to waste getting it and the screen goes dead every time I try to make or receive a phone call   so yeah I'm pissed for buying this worthless paper weight

When I called 911 (emergency number) from this phone a few times after maybe like 2 min it disconnect this is dangerous if I need to call 911 and this has happened multiple times there's seems to be a problem with this phone calling 911

I am wondering if Ulefone is providing any kind of software to program the radio function that is in the phone?  Otherwise, it will be very slow programming all of the channels by hand.
