Strange the way Moto miss the NFC in the US, E and most G series phones in the EU have NFC, but no compass. Makes navigation a real pain.

At last, a cell phone with a decent battery!   But will it have an NFC chip?  With so many stores and even public transit accepting tap and pay, the NFC chip is a must have item.  It is shocking that the Moto G series phones don't have the NFC chip in the US but they have it in other countries.

It's about time Motorola begins its comeback. It's amost hard to consider this a midrange phone with the type of battery life it will have. Hopefully this is a good sign we'll someday see top level models that will be true competition with apple as they did with the droid/razr series a decade ago.

Motorola will apparently release a new model in the Moto G7 series next year. The device, the Moto G7 Power, could be powered by a Snapdragon 632 and also sport a huge 5000 mAh battery.
