lmao? The XS's bokeh shot far surpasses the P20P when it works, because it blurs according to DoF, not just object edges. Sometimes it fails but I've seen no account that its failure rate is above the competition.
As for zoom, it has the most stably performing zoom in terms of color and DR with comparable resolution to all the flagships thanks to SmartHDR, what does DxO know about detail when they have the audacity to rate P20P's smearing crap 114?

The iPhone XS Max was recently unveiled with one of the heftiest price tags we've ever seen on a production smartphone. Thankfully, it offers a matching camera performance, but one still a touch below the absolute best. According to DxOMark, anyway.
